THE LUBRICANTS AWARDS

In a colourful event on Thursday 20 February at the Meikles Hotel, Total Zimbabwe celebrated its nationwide lubricant resellers and distributors. The inaugural event was dubbed “THE LUBRICANTS AWARDS”, and was a well-attended and a joyous occasion. The D.O of the AFA Zone, Mr. Dino Cuaycong was present at the awards which took place in the capital city of Harare.

In her opening speech, the Total Zimbabwe MD commended the resellers and distributors for their resilience and continued efforts during 2019. She also encouraged the resellers and distributors to do more of B2B engagements in 2020 so as to remain connected to their clients and their needs, thus remain competitive.

 

Specialties Manager Tatenda also revealed the exciting new products which will be unraveled in 2020. He spoke of the P.U.R.E packaging project which will be rolled out in 2020. He said that the PURE packaging carries a more dynamic, innovative, futuristic look and this change will certainly improve the appeal of the product and it will be an exciting shift of the Total lubricant brand in Zimbabwe. He also spoke of the new product the Lubriclean EP and how this product innovation will spur the industry.

Serenaded by music from a local school jazz band - the Prince Edward School, the rest of the evening was a great time to network and celebrate the year that was as well as discuss the plans for 2020.
